Delayed Stop Function

The dust extractor system's internal motor stops after a delay of several seconds from when the tool's switch is released, so that it can vacuum remaining dust particles in the internal parts.

Cross Platform Compatibility

The dust extractor system included with the DH18DBDL fits on the DH18/36DBL. The one included with the DH18DBML fits on the DH18/36DBQL.

Improved Handling

Reactive Force Control(RFC)

When the tool bit is suddenly overburdened during operation, the slip clutch works or the tool's built-in controller stops the motor's output before the entire tool jerks.

Caution

Depending on operating conditions, the Reactive Force Control function may not work or may not provide the specified performance. Make sure that the workpiece is placed and supported properly, and that the main unit is held firmly during operation.

Convenient Carrying Case

can store the hammer with the dust extraction system attached.
(The side handle has to be detached.)

Quick-Release Tool Retainer

allows for fast change between the SDS-plus drill bit holder and the drill chuck holder (DH18DBML only).

Note : Turn the change lever to "Hammering only" mode when replacing a tool retainer with another.
Use the machine only in "Rotation only" mode when the drill chuck holder installed.

Multiple Bit-Angle Settings

The chisel can be rotated in multiple angles with the change lever positioned at 'neutral'.

Fast Charging Offered by Our Original Charging Technology

Built-in cooling system of the UC18YSL3 charger reduces charging time by efficiently cooling both the battery and charger at the same time during charging.

Charging time is 6.0Ah Approx. 38mins, 5.0Ah Approx. 32mins.

Notify the transporting company that a package contains a lithium-ion battery, inform the company of its power output and follow the instructions of the transportation company when arranging transport.

Lithium-ion batteries that exceed a power output of 100Wh are considered to be in the freight classification of Dangerous Goods and will require special application procedures.
For transportation abroad, you must comply with international law and the rules and regulations of the destination country.
